BOOKING CONDITIONS La Navicella

Confirmation:
Your reservation will be finally confirmed by us, after consultation with the owner.
We try to confirm your reservation within two working days.

Any discounts, accounting changes or errors will be processed in the official confirmation of your reservation.

Prices:
Prices are per week including electricity, gas, water and bedding.
Other services or additional charges are on our website listed under each house or apartment details.

Administration costs:
We charge 25 Euro booking fee per booking.

Discounts:

• Return Discount: If you spent your holiday in 2011 with us and you book with us again for 2012, you will receive a 5% discount on your new booking
• Early booking discount: If you book your holiday before February 1, 2012, you get a 5% early booking discount
• Children's Discount: If you book your vacation for a period in Dutch school holiday (excluding summer vacation!) you receive a 10% discount.
  May holiday: April 28 till May 5, 2012 and Autumn: 13 till 27 October 2012       

• 3 = 2 dicount: several houses and apartments participate in our 3 = 2 system in low and or midd season. If you rent 3 weeks, you pay only 2 weeks. So you get 1 week free! Don't miss this benefit! In the details of the house or apartment you will find wheather the owner participates in this discount. 

Please note that we do not offer double discounts!

Cancellation
For cancellation, the following compensation to our conditions,
1. If canceled, the tenant pays a fee to La Navicella. This amounts to:
   - Cancellation more than three months before the date of arrival,

     15% of the agreed price;
   - For cancellation within three to two months before the date of arrival,

     50% of the agreed price;
   - For cancellation within two to one month before the date of arrival,

     75% of the agreed price;
   - For cancellation within one month before the date of arrvial,

     90% of the agreed price;
   - Cancellation on the day of arrival,

     100% of the agreed price.
2. The fee will be refunded pro rata, after deduction of administrative costs if the house will be rented by another guest, nominated by the lessee, for the same period and with the written confirmation of La Navicella.

We do not offer cancellation insurance. We advise you to take a cancellation insurance! This will be offered by your own insurance company or bank.

Heating
In low season you pay Euro 70, - per week for heating, to comply with the same rent. With larger homes of three bedrooms or more, you pay Euro 80, - per week. Some houses have different prices. That will be listed under the details on home. When heating is required in another time of the year, please let us know.

Payment of rent
After receiving our confirmation, you have to pay an amount of € 300, - within 14 days. The final payment has to be paid seven weeks before the day of arrival. Please provide your payment with your name and the booking number!

In a last minute booking, less than 7 weeks before the date of arrival, the entire rental amount has to be paid as soon as possible. Once we receive this amount, you will receive the travel documents by email.

List of guests
Attached by the official confirmation of your reservation we will send a list of guests. Please fill in the list and return it to us. We need it for the Carabinieri in Italy.

Arrival:
After receiving the last payment, you will receive the travel document. In this document you will find the details of arrival. The arrival is between 15.00 - 19.00 hours. If you notice that you arrive after 19.00 hours, please contact us!
In high season, our arrival is only on Saturday. At other seasons, you can arrive daily, except Sunday. Please do indicate this when booking. Please note that you can always call us in urgent cases.

Swimming Pools
The pools are open in the mid and high season. If a pool is opened later, it is mentioned in the details of the property on our website. The use is free and exclusively reserved to the guests of the apartments and villas. Exceptions are Fattoria, Piratello, Caigatti, and Lisi, where the owner and his family may use the pool also.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in several homes and agriturismi. This is in the details of the properties listed. The extra costs are in consultation with the owner.

Extra bed, cot or baby chair
These are available on request and, if possible. Costs are in agreement with the owner and listed in the details of the property. It is also possible to book a baby bed and a baby chair at our office, if available. Both are for free.

BedLinen etc.
The linen is always included in the price. In the details of the property is mentiones what is or is not included. Bath towels can be rented if desired at € 1.50 per towel. Please reserve before your stay.
